Vintage Klein Pulse Comp Frame Fork Made in USA 21 ATB MTB Mountain Bike 135 mm Vintage Klein Pulse Comp 26" mountain bike frame in a medium to large size.  No dents or cracks.  Original Klein fork. Good overall condition. Decal on seat tube says 21 Large. This might be an effective seat tube measurement.  The actual seat tube is 19".  WIth a 23" top tube it might make sense that Klein would size this 21.  UNsure the actual Klein size.  Measurements in pics. Bicycle frames are professionally packed and ship wrapped with foam inside a new box.  Any headset and bottom bracket parts pictured are included, have not been inspected, may need service. No dents or cracks. Some scratches and marks. All parts pictured are included. Approximate measurements:
